Trying to establish what would be considered as a fair price for DIY Livery that doesn't have a school but offers

Morning turnout (with feed if left ready)
24/7 Summer Grazing
Winter Turnout if we want them out.
12 x 12 loose boxes, no auto drinkers
Secure Tack Room
Haylage
Trailer Parking
CCTV
Tea & Coffee facilities
Toilet
Access to hacking on quiet back roads and moors.

Depends what's around you livery wise . I paid £30per week diy for must of this but there was a school too . Depends whether you were to include the haylage or sell separately as if you done 24/7 grazing you wouldn't be needing the haylage . You could also do a 50p charge for feed going in or any extras .
