How much would you expect to pay per horse for a private paddock, indoor stabling, secure tack room, exercise field and direct forest access? Has water, electricity etc etc.

I'd say about £20 a week.
At the mo we pay £15 a week for american barn stabling, summer and winter field, locked tackroom with toilet and bedding/hay storage. We can use one the fields to exercise in, we have heathland hacking 5 mins up the road and coastal path hacking 20 mins up the road.
They are currently working on a 60 x 30 arena which will be finished next week

Then our rent goes upto £22.50 per horse
