Livery prices in the colchester area

Looking at new livery's but just wandering how much I should expect to pay ?

I went to one yesterday which is 45£ aweek DIY then a further 10£ a week if she turned out & brought in.

Is that a good price ?
 
Was that with hay and straw included? Good facilities etc? I think that seems quite a lot. I used to pay £40 a week part livery,bedding and haylage included! And the livery yard I've just left, which is in the Colchester area was only £25 a week DIY and there was great hacking and a floodlit school. :) Hope you find somewhere :)
 
no wasn't with straw & stuff included. :/ would be nice though :)

her place is nice,really well set out with lots of nice grazing, brand new massive school aswel & she's in a nice location.

I also popped in another down the road which was 35£ a week & that included them turning out & bringing in. same sort of set up.no hay or straw included. but the owners seemed quite snobby :/
 
I am about 20 mins away, my bot is in part livery, which is £70 per week hay and straw included and some services, a lovely yard with indoor school, outdoor manege, jump paddock and off road hacking, DIY there is £30 per week.
 
Crikey your place sounds awesome. haven't seen nothing like that near where I live :( see now 30£ a week seems expensive for what il be getting compared to that :/
