What sort of prices do you pay for livery in Yorkshire?

Mine is £35 p/wk for DIY.. (inc hay/straw) Wondering if that is expensive or not??

I pay £20 a week in summer then £36 for a horse in winter - includes morning turnout 5 days, hay/haylage and straw, if have shavings theres a £4 reduction, £30 for a pony :) Trailer parking £1 per week, lorry £5 per week. We have lots of grazing in paddocks (only my 3 in mine), sand school and meant to be making an indoor school. Also tea/coffe facilities all provided and a loo :D

I moved to this about 2 months ago and before paid £30 for 12 x 12 stable, £35 for 18 x 12 stable, rubber matted, few xc jumps, 60 x 60 menage and jump paddock, nothing else included in that.

Average around me is £25 for diy nothing included, £35 to £45 hay and straw included, £50 to £70 part livery, £65 upwards full livery all with varying facilities!

Old yard was 35 p/w ad lib hay straw plus stable and grazing. Sand and rubber arena but limited jumping area (hilly and grassy). Grazing was free draining soil. Downsides were forage was shocking quality so bought in own haylage; and used own bedding but no reduction for non-usage of straw. Same rate all year round regardless of season but year round turnout (no grass though). New yard 25 p/w, small sand arena and woodchip arena for jumping, stable and grazing. Pay for haylage and straw as used (not applicable as still use own bedding). Works out slightly more expensive on livery bill but in actual costs is cheaper as not paying for things not used and purchasing extra to use instead!

I think yours is about right for the area.
