livery prices

How much is going rate for a livery (diy) with a small yard of 10 -12 stables grazing all year round and ménage.....I am looking to buy a horse and stable it locally.. Visited 1 yard (hence description) and wonder if the prices are normal? thanks for any advice.

ps Full livery is also a possibility.

I pay £30 a week for a DIY stable, all year turnout and use of the outdoor school - Turnout and the school are both optional at £5 a week so it would be £20 if I just wanted a stable. I'm not sure how much full livery is though, sorry.

I found DIY quite expensive up here but I have paid £70/£75 for full livery including good facilities.
