I am looking to move closer to home too as i get the train to work as well so need somewhere closer.

Where are you stabled?? Or going to be stabled should i say??

I am not far from Dartford so would like somewhere round there if thats near you and you know anywhere??

Lets say that the cost of a 20 metre x 40 metre menage plus the land it is on is worth £50,000 then one would expect a return of at least 5% per year after expenses such as maintenance and lighting. That would be £2,500 per year so one would need a return of £7.00 per day every day.
