Livery requirements...what do you require?

As a YO I keep up with the 'Livery wanted' ads, to see what people want.

OK, so I appreciate that people want the best for their horses, that horses may have special needs and requirements for whatever reason, fair enough I have absolutely no problem with any of that at all, I'll go that extra mile if needs be but this .... I would like to think that the advertiser doesn't mean that quite as literally as it comes across.

"I would like someone on site to watch the horses all day and to give more hay if needed."

Well im not a YO but something that always confuses me is that on my contract it states that no windsuckers or cribbers are allowed on the yard, yet there is one that does it terribly!

I'm quite happy with normal people although they seem to be in a bit of a minority these days
