Livery/riding centre insurance

hi guys,

I am looking into starting my own riding centre/dealing/livery (full and part) yard. Anyone one here have their own place?

If so, what are the insurance costs like? I'm assuming they vary depending on whether you're teaching or not?

For some reason I'm finding it really hard to get info on this.

Anyone want to share their general experiences with me, I'd be very grateful.
