Canvassed opinions for the agenda (i.e. the moan list).
Wrote the agenda and took the site manager through it.
Took minutes at the 2 hour meeting tonight and now have the pleasure of writing them up and publishing.
This is the positively the last time!

Good grief! what an organised yard, agendad meetings, when we were at livery no such thing ever happened, sounds v formal.

Hi gorgeous. Explain ?

Flatterer!
We have quarterly yard livery/staff meetings to discuss things like poo picking, quality of haylage, access to the school, and so on. Muggins has ended up as meeting secretary and is in the process of eating dinner (v. late) and writing the minutes.

Ehhhh yes. How do you know...?

Ha! Im just psychic I suppose!

Plus it says South Derbyshire under you name, & it is the most organised livery in Derbyshire! I compete there a lot so know the place & people quite well!

You weren't competing there last night were you? I was grooming for a friend.

Most of the liveries are fairly senior managers and professionals and expect this level of organisation for their horses.

No, I was there last wednesday, And Im there next sunday!

I can imagine, I worked at PC camp their too (God I bet you hate us) and the standard of care of all the liveries (owners & horses) was quite obvious.

John's horse Paddy was brought from my yard & he always looks so stunning; beautifully looked after.

Funny you should mention PC Camps. That was an agenda item...
The S Staffs were fine, but the Meynall were a pain, espcially the staff! Fess up, which lot are you?
As the lorry park has been resurfaced, the PC stables/camp cannot go there again. I suggested Sutton Park in Birminham as a convenient location

*cough* meynell. It doesnt surprise me that they drive you mad, the old staff used to be horrificly stuck up, whilst the new staff are merely incompetant! (Im junior staff, so I am segregating myself from the umbrella of staff.) Last year I can imagine was particularly bad due to the weather - I cant imagine it went down well with EL, having us completely trashing the site! Anyhow, I have a bone to pick about your lorry park - it now means theres insufficient stabling so I cant take my horse

Perhaps sutton park isnt a bad idea after all

I wasn't the weather. I was some of us schooling spooky horses whilst 40 kids and ponies, plus drunk adult helpers were making a racket 20m away. BBQ was the worst...

They don't know where the stabling will go (altough I can guess), so numbers should not be limited.

Yea, I remember, people took to tack cleaning outside whilst you guys were schooling horses. Wasnt fair really. Yea the BBQ is a bit crazy; same every year!

Nice chatting to you x
