I'm on a private yard short hack from temple newsam good grazing and stable only no facilities is a happy hacker yard. 24x7 turnout in summer allday out in winter in at night, diesel generator for electrics, water onsite, home grown organic hay and straw can be bought from yard owner

The yard I'm at is similar, no facilities and just diy but lovely hacking all around

Fliffkins, there's no space on my yard but if you find somewhere near temple newsam there is some amazing hacking nearby!!

Yes was in Southampton for a year been back a few months but horse has been ill on his 2nd operation so everythings been a bit manic, might be moving again in a few months if he continues to recover well but have taken a 6month contract for now as don't want to move him for now plus hes done a good tour of the country with me so he needs a break. We will be starting riding out soon he just needs to see the farrier as his feet of grown a bit quick while on box rest!
