Livery Wanted near south Leicestershire

I've got 1 x horse that I need assisted DIY or part livery for. Really looking for first class facilities, arena, stable, all year turn out and safe off road hacking, lorry parking. Indoor school would be a bonus, do not want a large livery yard, yard politics or a yard that closes when you are out competing! Willing to travel for the right facilities.
