DIY/assisted DIY/grass livery in the South Bristol area. Good year round turnout and decent hacking essential.

I have just purchased some lovely agricultural land in Backwell area of south Bristol, some of which I am considering renting out to someone who wishes to have a home for their horse. It would be very DIY for your friend, if they are still looking, but would be interested to have a conversation. We have one barn/stable, which is small/big enough for one horse, if they are interested in chatting further.
