Livery with 24/7 TO between Cambridge and St Ives - willingham/girton/cottenham etc

So I have a job at St Ivo School from September (YAY!) and don't really want to go back to the livery yard I've been using in Cambridge as the price these days is a bit steep. However I need somewhere that does 24/7, 365 turnout as horse does much better living out (arthritis). I need somewhere with a responsible YO as I occasionally go away for the weekend and will need someone to check over horse etc. School would also be good, though could possibly compromise on that. Hacking also good though doesn't have to be amazing if there's a school.
Any suggestions welcome

There are a couple of places in Houghton that have grass livery, unless you live Cambridge way I wouldn't go that way because of the A14.
If there is space Everdales off the A14 Fenstanton, basic school but you an hack round the fields and its low key.

Houghton don't do grass livery and I don't need £600-worth of facilities for my semi-retired mare
Nothing comes up when I search for livery near Houghton - any suggestion or names? Same for Everdales.
I live in Impington which is just outside of cambridge, but will be working in St Ives.

I used to work in a place in Girton, at the time it was full livery I left and then a while after it got in trouble over something and eventually I believe turned into DIY.

I went past a couple of months ago and saw all the signs etc were down and looked pretty empty as far as horses were concerned. Might be worth knocking on the door sew if they would consider a possible grass livery.

Or there is a place near me near st.neots that does very reasonable grass livery - there's only 2 mares an older and a 8yo ex riding schopl pony so your mare would make a great addition but maybe out of your travelling area.

There's a place in Cottenham that's just been taken over by someone new, she's advertising for part & full liveries but they only have 5 stables & plenty of grazing so could be worth asking? She's advertising on the local Facebook groups at the moment.

Everdales never advertise, people go to the house and knock on the door, if want to know where it is I will pm you with a bettter discription.
Try facebook Horsepoo(cambridge), I know there is a lovely little yard at the back of Histon but have not seen the owner for a while.

I used to keep my old pony at Stanton Farm in Longstanton, the facilities are pretty *****ty (no school, fencing is a shambles etc) but all the people there are lovely and are willing to look after your horse if you were to go away, all genuine not bitchy at all. The owners are always willing to help however one of them does have alzheimers so it's best not to leave messages with him but with Wendy. If not there is a farm across the road from there I think it's called New Farm?? Not sure though...but that has a school and lots and lots of grass space for turnout.

The place in Girton is where I've been for the last 5 years Decided it really is time to move on now though

Have you got any more precise details on the where abouts?
