Livery within 15 miles S. Newbury Berkshire

I am looking for DIY, Part Livery, or quite happy for just grazing in the Summer as long as there is a stable available from September. Must have an outside school and decent hacking close by, an indoor school would be a dream. It needs to be within 15 miles of South Newbury, Berkshire. Stable must be at least 12ft x 12ft and be in reasonable condition.

Hiya
-Cullinghood - lots of hacking and huge outdoor, however it is used for lessons
- Cane End Stud ( might be a bit to far not sure) - good hackign plus outdoor, very! nice stables
-Hilfields- indoor and fair hacking
-Blewbury centre- not sure about hacking but they have an indoor and they run shows at weekends
- im sure theres more i just cant think of them !
