Livery within approx 1 - 8 miles ish of boson spa

Hi, Im on the look out for assisted livery - DIY/part/full i'd happily look at all of them - around the Boston Spa area within 8 miles ideally. I am looking for a really friendly yard with a decent sized floodlit arena to school and jump in, good year round turn out, decent hacking and a safe tack room/storage. Would definitely consider private yards too if they offered some level of support/helping each other out with bringing in. I know of Clifford Moor farm - any experiences of that yard would be great? But wanting to look at other options too. Thank you!
