Livery Yard Derby

I'm THINKING about looking for a livery yard for my horses to go on to. I have been renting land with no facilities for the last four years but now I'm doing more with the boys I think it might be time to move on. This will be a HUGE step for me as I like keeping myself to myself but on the other hand would love other people to ride with.

Does anyone know of anywhere as near to Spondon in Derby as poss that has all year turnout and a menage? oh and room for an 18 hander a 16.3 and a 15.2???
