Livery Yard Help - Notts/Leics Border (Also in CR)

I have a friend looking to move her horse to a new livery yard either on the Notts/Leics border (good access to A46 preferred) OR along the M1 corridor between Notts/Leics.

There needs to be 24/7 year round turnout (essential), stabling a bonus but not essential, decent lit school (outdoor is fine), DIY basis, small and friendly where you're left to get on with it rather than large and supremely organised, room to park a trailer/lorry.

Not much with 24/7 turnout.

I think Hollygate at Costock do and also the yard at Avenue Farm Normanton (0115 9372233) both are relatively good for the A46 but I've not visited the yards so can't comment on them

Just realised that you know about both of those yards!!! She'll probably struggle to find anything else I reckon.
