Livery yard in Brentwood (Essex) area

I am new to the forum and I wonder if anyone can help. I am currently sharing a horse with a friend but this will end soon

and after 30 yrs of riding I am seriously considering buying my own horse in the next 6mths. Before I contemplate this I want to find out if there is a good livery yard reasonably close to me in Brentwood or up to 10miles away. I know I will have to compromise but my dream yard would offer:
Full or part livery
All year grazing (or at least turnout in winter)
Indoor (or at least a lit outdoor school)
Show jumps (but only little ones!)
XC jumps (but only v little ones!!)
Good hacking
Help / advice if I needed it

I know of yards around Brentwood but just wondered if anyone actually kept their horse at one that they could recommend as word of mouth is always best.

Why not put an advert in your local tack shop or paper?

Have a look in the Essex rider there are always quite a few advertised in there.
