livery yard insurance

Yard owners/managers - what insurance do you need for a yard if offering liveries? I'm taking on a few at my private yard, currently my horses are insured individually and building insurance is paid for by the landlord. Assuming all liveries have to be insured for public liability at least, what else do you need to cover?

you will need full commercial public liability (usually worked out at the yard capacity) and you really should have care, custody and control liability (based on average horse value mine is up to £10 000 per horse)my public liability is for £5million. you will also be liable for business rates, and will need employers liability if you have staff.
