Livery yard insurance

I am thinking of renting a local yard
10 stables and I only need 2
I 'might' consider renting the rest out as they want someone to rent the whole yard.
What type of insurance is required and roughly what does everyone else pay?

My renewal just came through £1700 for the year with £10,000,000 liability (essential IMO in the litigious society we now live in!) and ccc cover in case you are handling clients horses. There are 17 liveries here.
