How much would you expect to pay per week for following:
Grazing DIY
Grazing plus stables DIY with haylage and bedding included
Assisted livery (turn out/bring in)
Full livery (all duties except exercise)

Hypothetically this is a small modern yard (20 liveries max) with outdoor school, good grazing, parking for lorries/trailers/BHSAI on site and available for schooling or lessons/secure tack room/common room with kitchen and toilet, grass xc/sj area, cctv, good variety of hacking to include road work, bridleways, woods and beach.

Within easy reach of Liskeard/Dobwalls/Bodmin/Taphouse (cornwall)

I am up in Cumbria so probably a bit cheaper up this end but this is what I can get for the following in my area:

Grazing Livery with a cattle barn as a stable, no other facilities - £40 PCM
DIY with Hay (no bedding) and free use of outdoor arena inc. Floodlights - £115 PCM (Current yard)
Assisted DIY (Inc. Bedding, Hay & turnout/bring in, use of arena/gallops but no floodlights) - £180 PCM
Full Livery - £336 PCM (Excluding Exercise & grooming)
