Livery yard near Headley needed

Hi all, currently looking for a part livery yard near headley/ Epsom area. Have looked at Woodruffe in Epsom. Has anyone got any reviews either on Woodruffe or other yards local to headley/epsom

I'm at Woodruffes, been there a couple of months with my new horse.

Good points:
Yard owner/manager, fantastic horsewoman.
Good, friendly staff
Hacking (doubt you'll find better in Surrey)
Schools - well lit, well drained, good surfaces, mirrors. Quite a selection of jumps in the lower school (although that can get a little boggy/frozen - main school doesn't get at all wet or freeze).
Regular clinics with a selection of trainers
Horsewalker
Onsite hacking
Friendly bunch of liveries

Downside:
Grazing isn't great. They go out every day for a few hours, but there is minimal grass.
They can be a little mollycoddling....have told them a few times my unclipped Irish horse doesn't need three rugs in the stable when it's 10c outside

Woodruffe sounds great, what exactly is the turn out?
Any other recommendations in the area?

Try Gasston Stables, two outdoor surfaces, American barn stabling and lots going on. There's also a yard just across the road from them.
