livery yard near Tunbridge Wells

Hello I am in need of help!! I am looking for a livery yard in the Tunbridge Wells/Hartfield/Edenbridge area, have been looking for what seems like a lifetime so am hoping this will help!??
I need a small private livery yard, with usual facilities but good hacking is a must aswell as a resident instuctor and the odd fence to jump! If you can help that would be fab x

It may be out of your way, and I dont know if she currently has spaces, but there is Carolines yard in Forest Row, She only does full livery without exercise however, and probably charges an arm and a leg! but, she has her own school and a cross countyish type field in the summer, plus a horse walker, hackings good, with access to the ashdown forest and old railway track (requring short amounts of road work to gain access).

Lower barn in hartfield is excellent - 2 rubber arenas, 1 indoor, and 1 huge gel track arena. gallops, jumps , fantastic hacking on ashdown forest, and lovely cosy lodden boxes. V good.
