Livery yard near woodham ferrers/wickford area

Hi, can anyone advise me of a livery facility in the above area. Basildon is too far needs to be around south woodham ferrers if possible. Good facilities and DIY with services needed, with all year turnout if possible.

I have tried
Brazils no vacancies
Frelins farm no vacancies

There must be some other small yards around the area somewhere I am guessing. Any ideas would b great. Thanks x

How about Burkett Hall in old Woodham, a friend of mine had one there and I think she was quite pleased with it. Was a few years ago though.
