Livery Yard Owners in Devon/Somerset Area - Beware

There is an individual with a large number of horses currently looking for a new livery yard. I cant say too much on here without getting shot down by the HHO police but this man is trouble. Doesnt pay his bills then when asked to leave gets nasty. This has happened to a friend. When we looked into this further has done this previously to an old livery yard owner (up-country) and went as far as to accuse this YO of abusing his daughter (said man got found not-guilty in court of law). This is just a warning but if anyone wants more details please PM me.
