I'm sorry i have ANOTHER livery yard question, but it would really help me if you answer this question.

What would you pay to keep your horse at this following livery yard????

BHS approved, brand new american barn stabling, situated in the middle of the countryside. Excellently situated near motorway (10 mins away). Farm ride with 10 miles of riding with optional XC jumps, good hacking else where, 50 x 30 floodlit arena. All year turnout with excellent fencing, indiviaual paddocks available (extra fee). Wash room with hot water and solarium (also extra small fee). Owner/manager on site. Security will include pin coded gate, tack room and CCTV. There will be parking for cars and lorries/trailers.

So livery (DIY and assisted) will include-

Use of-
Stable
Arena
All year turnout
2 bales of flax per week
unlimited hay
feed (cool mix, alfalfa, speedibeet, comp mix)
Tack room (pin coded door, each client will then have their own lockable cupboard to store tack in)
Rug room
Clients lounge
Toilet/shower

The following will be available at small charges-
Wash room (with hot water)
Solarium
Services (feeding horse, turning out, etc)

Thank you in advance any comments/opinions much appreciated!!!

I have put £50 as at the moment I am on a very similar yard (facilities wise) but hay and bedding is not included and we pay £40 a week for DIY.

Does sound lovely though so sure you will not have any problems filling it!

is that DIY which includes feed/bedding & hay? I'd say £60+ !

Altho if you could move to the SE and charge £30 I'd put my name down straight away!

i pay £250 a month for 5 day part livery so monday to friday my horse gets rugged up and turned out then mucked out with hay and water then they bring them in and put night rugs on and its optional for the yard to make feeds up and feed them and that mon- fri so in theroy i wouldnt need to gfo down there. but that doesnt include hay and strawe and feed. thats on a seperate bill according to how much u use. we have the faciliiates of a BHS approved yard which is also a working riding school. have just had an 30x 60 indoor school put up which is in the process of being finished (eg tpoilets new office etc ) we have been riding on the surface for over a year now. 40 x 60 floodlit school, x country on site, farm land to hack around, affilaited showjumpouing on showground literally opposite us in summer and unaffliated dressage, turnout goes to restricted (so out one day and in the next) for a couple of months during the winter when it gets really bad. the facilities for us are not that spectacular at th mo. we have a kitchen with a kettle and microwave and we have a toilet. the are two yards each with thier own tack rooms and the owner lives on site as do two of the staff and the yards are alarmed! i dont think it bad for what i pay!

I am paying £85 a week since I brought my horse in for the winter. Full livery with turnout and indoor/outdoor schools. I would happily pay less if there was anywhere with similar facilities and good hacking available, but unfortunately not in my area.
