i have access to a certain amount of word of mouth but need somewhere else

there tends to be alot of knowledge on this board
 
im at the edge of grimsby in north east lincolshire.

i dont really mind what sort of livery depending on the yard and the price so up for any suggestions.

i need a school, all wheather surface and a stable. dont need to much turnout.

it is only for 2 or 3 months as she cant stay on my field as it gets to boggy and dont want it trashed for the rest of the year. i would keep her at home with very small amount of turn out if i had a school but as i have no school then she wont get out much and and so turnout would be more important. id be thinking december till febuary. i know im asking for a bit of a difficult thing thats why im not fussed about type of livery as i can spend my whole years budget as she doesnt cost me much more then shoes the rest of the year. however £100 a week would probs be my max and id rather spend less. but i also have the time and ability to do diy so any suggestions welcome.
