Livery / yard to let Henley in Arden area - offered

Hi all, Just a quick bit of research - I am looking at purchasing a yard 3 miles from Henley in Arden near to Wotton Waven / Little Alne and wanted to check out the demand in the area, could you let me know if the below would be of interest to anyone?

Yard would be full livery (planning restriction) £95/week with possibility of renting out one block to a professional (4-8 stables). Hunter / competition livery would also be available.

Facilities to include 40x20 indoor with Andrew Bowens surface, horse walker, summer sj paddock, american barn stabling, paired or individual large paddocks, horse shower and solarium, secure and heated tack / rest room with kitchen + miles of hacking through private woodland.

£95 per week full livery with those facilities is not high. In fact I think it's a bit cheap.

The area is adjacent 2 decent show venues in Solihull and Swallowfields. The Croome and West Warwickshire and the Worcestershire are the local packs. The hacking is not great.

There are several decent yards in the area, one of which has a super dressage trainer so although it is horseland, there will be competition. Price wise I think £95 is on the cheaper side with all those facilities.

There is good access to the M42 and Warwick Parkway for the trains so maybe business people would be attracted to the yard.

Well in that case, I apologize. It seemed a lot to me but I don't keep my horse on a livery yard.
