Livery yard to rent in RG7 area?

I have a friend looking to come back down the country and she would like to rent a small yard in the RG7 ish area? Minimum of 5 horses and ideally up to 10 with suitable grazing, some of the horses could live out but at least 4 need access to stabling.

I know these yards are like goldust, but she is not in a hurry so if anyone hears of anything please PM me. She is also happy to do plenty of DIY if there is anywhere that needs a bit of work?
