Im looking for a yard for one horse in the above area, most important aspects would be a school with a good surface with a nice approachable yard owner, not a crazy one, I already have that! 
stables and turn out also. I would consider all types - diy/part/full
can anyone give me any suggestions, I know of a few yards but im sure there are lots more!
