Livery yard wanted Coventry/Kenilworth area

I was looking around a few weeks ago and there were a couple of numbers for yards around Allesley on the boards at Swans and at Townsfields. I also saw an ad for a yard at Balsall Common somewhere but can't remember where I saw it. Might have been preloved.

If you pm me I will see if I can dig out the numbers for the yards at Allesley :)
 
hatton would be a little far, my friend rang natan liveries but they had no spare stables, plus i heard their menage was quite deep :( any other ideas??? will have a look at swans when i go next weekend!!!

I'm toying with the idea of setting up a livery yard in the areas listed in the title/knowle/soilhull.

I would be offering a part and/or full livery service, no DIY. Facilities would include indoor stables, outdoor menage, showjumps and cross country fences.

Is there much interest for a new yard in this area?
What services are in demand e.g. full or part livery?
What do people feel is the going rate?

Any advice is greatly appreciated, everything is just in the planning stage atm but I do have my eye on a couple of yards so it can easily become reality if it's viable/the demand is there!

Just to say that I know you said you wouldn't do DIY, but to be honest I would be unlikely to move to a part or full livery yard, unless it was very good value.

When looking at yards my most important considerations would be good turn out all year, good off road hacking and the ability to ride all year round I.e a flood lit school.
