Livery Yard - Whats legally needed to hold shows

Hi Guys,
I'm new and not sure if I've posted in the correct place. However, I'm looking for advice on what I would legally need in order for me to hold shows at my DIY livery yard?

If anyone can assist me or point me in the right direction, it would be appreciated.

I think it would be worth checking with your insurance first, as you may need to upgrade it for the day ?

Myself and a few ladies hold a Charity Horse/Dog show once a year on our farm. I get full public liability insurance for the day through NFU - it costs around £300. We insure for approx 500 visitors/competitors. I think there are a few difference events insurance companies but we use NFU.

Obviously the farm business has insurance anyway but I arrange an independent cover specifically for the show.
