O.k. Current yard, bog for school.Sweet but ineffective instructor.General level of riding poor. Good horse care. Out 24 hours a day at mo.Dog friendly. Good hacking. Currently I am looking to improve riding. i enjoy that. Potential new yard. Nearer. Has2 schools, one indoor. Variety of instructors including one FBHS.Good grazing. In house dressage comps. Not checked out how dog friendly yet. All year round grazing. 30 acres and a maximum of 22 horses. In at night. What do you think?

agree. 2nd Yard sounds great. I wish we had an indoor school and on-site comps. Our menage is rubber and sand, but it is cr*p when its wet as it is black because of the ash underneath which has come to the top. When it is wet the white legs on my horse have to be washed and dried as it must aggrevate her white heels and they look filthy. Is the second one friendly tho?
