Livery Yards around Chelmsford

Hi all,

I know, one of those posts again. Most others seem to be quite old though and I am struggling to find something decent.

I am after a livery yard that offers part or full livery. It must have all year turn out (even if only a few hours when the weather is bad) as well as a decent school (no smaller than 20x40 but preferrably bigger). Preferrable on the North/West side of Chelmsford as I live near Broomfield, but depending on the yard I'm also willing to travel a bit further. I don't mind smaller private yards at all. Chelmsford Equestrian Centre is a no go (too many crazy rules! I want to be able to lunge for longer than 20mins and not be restricted to 45mins of schooling, but am completely ok with following rules like keeping the yard tidy, etc.)

If anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated! Ideally you would leave contact details as well, but if not available I will try and hunt them down.

We are two mins from the a12/a130 interchange, full livery only tho. 20x60 school (no lights), set of jumps, off road hacking to xc course. Our hacking beyond that is limited though. All year turn out either in field (split mares/geldings) or in woodchip pens when it's soggy! If we're in the wrong place then there are loads of yards in Roxwell which might be more the area you're after....hope you find something soon!xx

Already tried those websites and haven't found anything useful. In Roxwell everyone is full.

Hi, not sure if you would be interested but we have a private yard in Hatfield Heath which is not to far from chelmsford offering full and part livery. We have a horse walker, 20x40 sand and rubber menage, 12x12 rubber matted stables with self waterers, and all year turn out weather permitting.
