Livery yards around Newquay

Hey, I'm thinking about moving to Newquay.. I've searched for livery yards around Newquay and haven't found many.. I'm preferably wanting somewhere that offers grass livery all year round but also a stable and facilities, thanks!

Why would you want to move to Newquay it's a dump! It's full of people in summer and in the winter everyone is on the dole! and the riding is useless. There are lot nicer places in Cornwall. Sorry to be so blunt.

Lol I have family in Newquay, I'm going to be moving there alone so I need some family around me.. Plus I know there is no riding in Newquay that's why I'm looking for a yard outside of Newquay
