Livery Yards Beds / Herts (Also in CR)

Long story short - We were going to rent for a bit near Reading so was looking around that area a while back, but the buyers on our house fell through and we have only just got another buyer.

We've now found a house we like around Letchworth / Stotfold area. It won't be ready until later this year but i want to get really organised and get to know the place.

So i have found livery in Ickleford and Clifton just by the internet, i will look in Biggleswade tack shop next time we go up there, but is there anywhere i should stay clear of or i should deffo take a look at?

DIY Yard, but would like a school (flood lights if possible) and would ideally like own turnout.
 
We have no school and turn out in groups of roughly 6 to 8.

there is a yard just down the road from me its got a indoor school and turn out that would suit you its called Norton Equestrian centre Norton Road Baldock. Or their is a nice yard at kelshall called coombe farm my daugher is there. Pm if you like
 
Stay away from The Lakes in Clifton as it's very expensive, you will have to book the school 3 weeks in advance and you only have a strip of grazing. Oh and you have to buy hay and bedding from them!
