Can anyone recommend any DIY livery yards with good facilities and hacking close to Gateshead or Chester Le Street way? And their prices please?

Hi I too are looking for either DIY yards or full livery yards getting back into the horse world after having a few years out. Have chance of getting horse so need somewhere local Durham Sunderland Gateshead or Whickham/sunnisde.
