Hi I am currently looking for a new yard as my current yard has changed what services it is offering Monday to Friday, I currently live in Swadlincoteand I have read a thread about someone talking about a livery yard by Repton in Derbyshire which is called GREY SICH. I was wondering if anyone had a contact number or address for this yard or knows anything about it. Thanks
 
Hi i am local to you & my horse is liveried in Hartshorne, what type of Livery are you looking for as there are quite a few around this way & towards Repton?

I must admit that i have never heard of the one you are asking about but know a "Greysitch Lane", have googled it and come up with only Greysitch Farm but dont think that does liveries. Do you have any other info on the place?
 
Hi thanks for the reply Ineed somewhere that offers DIY but with the option of having full livery as required, good ourdoor school. The grey Sitch place was on a thread on horse & hound.

Im on a DIY yard, most of the yards round here are DIY but some offer a little extra at an additional cost i.e. poo pick, turn in/out etc.

Most of the Livery yards in/around Hartshorne have outdoor schools with lights & off road hacking.

Hi thanks I for the reply, I have since found the number,and gave the yard owner ( who sounds lovely) a call, unfortunately the yard is full at the moment, but I am going to give her a quick call to see if we can have a look round and maybe go on the waiting list. Thanks again
 
My ex used to be on a yard in Repton, not sure if it was that 1. My flat instructor owns a field which backs on to this yard, which is empty at the moment.
