livery yards/fields help consett area

I've just moved to consett and I'm struggling to find anywhere to keep my boys on DIY which is a reasonable price a few places I've contacted the price seems reasonable then there is extras added on and time limits. I have three and don't ride any yet so facilities are not needed just all year turnout and some form of shelter or stables. I'm looking for anywhere from consett to Rowlands gill and can go stanley to sunniside (rough idea of areas). Can anyone help

Try Grange Farm, Muggleswick, fantastic ex racing yard, hundreds of acres to ride in, sand gallop, lunge pen, horse walker, no arena though, Stella gave me a field just for my two as my lad is a known bully, I was sad to leave when I was offered the cottage next door, complete with stables and grazing, ten minutes from Consett, pm me if you want the number
