Livery yards in Berkswell/Balsall Common/Burton Green

I was looking for a good livery yard in any of the above listed places or nearby them, cycling distance ish. I've heard that Beanit Farm (I think that's the name) on Hob Lane isn't well rated but I was wondering why as well? Thank you ^.^

Claire at CMC equine, Judith on the Kenilworth (Small private yard, Judith run springfield dog grooming too) are the 2 I know of around there. PM me if you want any more info on them
