Livery yards in Blackburn/East Preston area

Never had to do this before! We lost our private rented yard a couple of months ago and moved onto a livery yard nearby however have now been told zero winter turnout so we're looking for a new livery yard or private yard to rent asap.

Requirements are must have some winter turnout, a floodlit school, access to decent hacking and parking for a wagon and a trailer. And we need four decent sized stables

Location wise we need to be close to Blackburn or east of Preston in Lancashire and either part or DIY.

Any suggestions anyone?

Giving this one last go. Longsight is not a viable option because it's set right on the main road so would stop my friend on her non-traffic proof horse from doing any hacking.

Any other suggestions?

Have you checked if theres any room at Osbaldeston?Not sure if they have winter turnout though.I know of a few places in Oswaldtwistle, might be too far out for you though?

We have thought about Osbaldeston and will probably enquire - I have no idea if they have winter t/o either. The main thing putting us off there is the size of it and the mass of people all trying to use the outdoor school at the same time. We'd prefer somewhere smaller but beggars can't be choosers and we're feeling very much like begging at the moment!

Oswaldtwistle is too far unfortunately. I live in South Preston and my friend lives in Darwen and works in Samlesbury so has to be reasonably close for both of us.
