Hi,

I am looking for a livery yard in and around the Halstead/Sudbury area (on the Essex/Suffolk border)

DIY or part, my main requirement is a menage and access to hacking.

I can't seem to find much advertised on the internet and planning another trip to some tack/feed shops asap to look for more adverts as I'm looking to move my mare asap!!

Any help much appreciated!

there are a few. Were will you be living / worknig as this may change the ones people recomend. Also do you require guarenteed turnout or happy for fields to be shut.
 
I think Poole Farm at Gt Yeldham had some DIY vacancies. It might be worth looking in Essex Rider. I dont think many small yards will advertise on the web!!
 
I live in Pebmarsh and I have a friend that helps me who lives in Sudbury, we're both happy to travel up to approx 20 minutes, I work in a village called Henny which is right between Halstead and Sudbury. I would prefer guaranteed turnout but if the rest of the yard fits to requirements and is a good location I could put up with none if its short term.

Thanks wizbel, I need a day to travel round to some feed shops to look at notice boards, it would be much easier if they did advertise on the internet but as you say, not many do!
