Please can anyone give me some recommendations of livery yards close to Chorley, Lancashire.

Criteria are:

1)Full livery as in daily care but does not need to include grooming, tack cleaning and exercise. does need to include picking feet out/washing legs as a minimum and light grooming would be a bonus.
2) Ideally choice of hay as horse is better on this
3) Winter turnout available (not necessarily every day but at least on good days) as horse has gastric ulcers
4) turnout in pairs or 3's
4)knowledgeable staff that I can trust if I go away for a period of time
5) decent sized school with good surface is a must, ideally larger than 20 x 40m.
6) a toilet!
7) decent storage for rugs etc
8) ideally within 30mins of chorley but ideally the closer the better!

have looked back at previous posts on here and looked at the usual sites like farmers guardian and have some ideas to investigate:

Croft equestrian centre
Peter Murphy's in Penwortham
Claughton house (looks lovely but too far really)
Charity Farm

Then there are a few smaller ads i've found for places in dalton, lathom, aspull, heapey that I will be ringing.

Any ideas would be much appreciated as would any comments on above yards. PM if you prefer. Thanks :)

Thanks everyone!

Calico doesn't do any winter turnout
Arkenfield doesn't do winter turnout or at least it didnt when I looked there a while ago
Chorley EC - would rather not be on a big yard with a riding school but maybe worth a look
Fearns Farm - thought it was too far but may look into it again

also - i work at Preston and chorley hospitals so somewhere further from chorley but on the way home would be possible

Charity Farm is nice I used to compete their, they've got a nice arena, not too sure about the turnout but they seem to have lots of grass, cross country course and they hold regular shows their if you wanted to compete it's very convenient.

Charity farm doesn't do full livery as such apparently
Don't think fearns farm does full livery but going to ring them tomorrow
Going to ring calico and fishers farm

I am willing to negotiate on the winter turnout as horse currently has lameness so cant really go out in this ground anyway! There's not much grass so hes probably better in with hay anyway

really need to be able to have hay over haylage as this has made a big difference.

Any other ideas?
