Please can anyone recommend any yards in the Chorley/Standish/parbold area ( I am considering applying to mersey area for the next stage of my training so anywhere off the M58/M6 for on the way home considered)

Requirements:
-full/part livery (not including exercise) available 5 or 7 days a week - mucking out, feeds, rug changes, picking out feet etc and light grooming
- some form of winter turnout, whether that be a few hours out when ground appropriate or at least a turnout playpen/all weather for exercise
- not a massive horsewalker fan - would rather use a turnout paddock
- good sized menage with decent surface, ideally larger than 20 x 40m.
- Not too bothered about indoor school and would need outdoor school also if indoor is standard size.

My previous yard when I last had horses was wonderful in many ways but unfortunately absolutely no winter turnout and there was only 20 x 40m indoor which always felt really small. But they have an excellent standard of care and are very nice but just thought I would see if there was anything more suitable first.

Thanks :)
