Livery Yards in lancs?

Looking for a livery yard within 30 mins of Tyldesley,M29 Postcode.
Must have...
-Big, airy, light stables (pref indoor) big enough for 17.1hh horse.
-Well maintained, floodlit arena (Indoor would be nice but can't have everything and a bag to put it in!)
-Ideally post and rail/ electric fencing rather than barb wire (cant stand the stuff)
-Turnout in summer, not fussed about winter.
-Option of feed/turnout in morning.
-Off road hacking would be prefered but could compromise if the yard was fantastic.
-DIY/part livery. Dont want full.

HELP? Cant seem to find any!

Well if you are in Tyldesley you don't need to just look in Lancs - you're close enough to look at some Cheshire ones too. Have you had a look around Croft/Culcheth? There's quite a few there that would tick most of your boxes. I used to live in Leigh and stabled at Croft Riding centre for years - it was no more than a 10 minute drive
