Livery Yards in/near Southampton - Help please!

Hi
Can anyone help? I may be looking for the impossible! I'm looking for a nice friendly quiet private DIY or part livery yard near Southampton for my gelding. Ideally need a school as I have a youngster and would rather it wasn't a riding school with kids around etc.
I am in the centre of Southampton so needs to be Rownhams/North Baddesley/Chilworth/Chandlers Ford/Romsey kind of areas but any other suggestions welcome! Could go out a bit further if part livery. Never looked in this area so any advice/help would be very much appreciated (please!).
Have tried all the usual Shedfields/Botley Mills etc.

Hanscott in Fair Oak is lovely, I was there for ages until I bought my own place

It's just past the Eastleigh/Fair Oak end of Allington Lane. Hacking is ok... not brilliant. But they have a nice school and lovely people

Try looking on www.nfed.co.uk on the classifieds there are a couple of yards in that area with recent ads.
