livery yards in sevenoaks area (Kent)

Hi, I am shortly moving to Sevenoaks in Kent; just wondering if anyone could recommend any livery yards in the area? It must offer 24hr turnout in spring/summer (My horse has locking stifles so needs to be out as much as possible), be friendly and relaxed with, preferably medium sized (not too busy but plenty of people to ride out with), possess a decent sized manege, good hacking and a knowledgeable YO. And if possible not too expensive!

On a similar vein what are the best riding schools around?-pm if you prefer.

Also, where is the best hacking found in this area? Is sevenoaks weald, westerham, hildenborough better than "above" the m25- i.e. knockholt, chelsfield, cudham

I sent you a really long list earlier and it hasn't been posted!!!
I live in 7oaks weald. We are 200yrds from the toll rides. Cost £170 per year. Fab rides of up to 4hrs with just a few country lanes to cross.
There are at least 10 private houses here with stables/school. Most have one or two liveries as I do. There are some bigger yards close by but stidolphs is more of a riding school now. Barbed wire and no grass at all, alternate day turnout during winter.
Meopham Bank at leigh is good but a long way from the tolls.
Your best bet would be to advertise in local shops for a box on a private yard.
My friend has 10 acres and 3 boxes and weedy school and it is not being used as she is in Dubai, however you wouldn't want to be on your own.

Shame I haven't got another box.
