Hi, does anyone know of any Livery yards in somerset within 10/15 mins of Bruton area? Must have a school, decent turnout, and nice enough stables. Thanks!

There's Marston Stud, just near Tytherington outside Frome - I've not been to it but apparently has turnout, good hacking, xc course, school etc. Their website is www.marstonequestrian.co.uk.
I've got some phone numbers somewhere of some near Castle Cary too, will look them out.

I can't think of them off hand, but I know there was a few in the Bruton, castle Cary, hadspen area advertised in town and country at Galhampton. I would NOT advise Bottom barn farm in hadspen. (if you want full details on reason for this PM me) I know there's a yard in Evercreech which has been advertised in ridemore, there has also been a yard at Shepton Mallet advertised in the Blackmore vale. There is also 1 at Galhampton although the property is currently up for sale. I will be going into ridemore sometime this week so if there's any numbers/places on the noticeboard I'll pm you. Sorry, not very helpful at all!

If you don't mind a private yard, I am near Sparkford and have a spare stable available to rent (DIY or possibly assisted\part).
Stables are nice, we have a 25mx50m school and the turn out (shared with my 2) is OK too.

I've never had mine at livery in the area, so I don't know about local yards though. Try and get hold of the Blackmore Vale magazine (its free comes out on Fridays). It normally has a few adds in it.
