Livery yards in Surrey

Hi all. I'm looking to move yards for various reasons I don’t want to stay at mine much longer let alone for another winter so I was wondering if people could give me some recommendations. I currently work in Leatherhead but live about 30 mins away so I'm looking at the Headley area as it’s on my way home more or less and Cobham as that’s round the corner from work or even areas near them. I want good hacking, a school and turnout (doesn’t have to be 24/7). Mainly looking for assisted diy but I would consider part if it was the right yard and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg each month. Oh and it has to be some were I actually want to spend my time rather than a chore and have somewhere my oh can make a cup of tea when I'm off riding :D
 
Woodlands Farm (Sarah Fell) is lovely. I am based here and very happy most liveries have been here for 10+ years so it speaks for itself. PM me if want details.
 
Thank you guys :), Garfield1537 i will drop you a pm, i think Woodlands is round the corner from where i work (next door to Pachesham actually but they only do half day turn out so not really what i want) Cobham park is on the list as well.
