Does anyone know of any reasonably priced DIY/grass livery yards in the east ridings of yorkshire, im based in beverley so preferably near there.

There's one in wawne that's supposed to be ok but never been. Look in bata and Patrick wilkinson and trophy for adverts

There was one between cherry burton and etton on the right just before the hump back bridge, im sure its still a livery yard and has great hacking, you can get right round the wolds and up kiplingcoates gallops.
There was also one in etton as you head out the village on the left. There was one in dalton park, next village up from etton. These all have fantastic hacking.
Theres one in bishop burton that is popular with college students and there was also one in walkington.
These are all close to beverley. The other thing you could do is ring swanbridge veterinary hospital as their equine unit covers all these areas and would be able to give you contact details of them.
Its been 8yrs since I lived in east yorkshire but having visited my friends last yr I know that the ones I mentioned were still there then.

Flaxen, that was weird for me just reading your post, a proper blast from the past. I used to live in Cherry Burton, around 17 years ago and my friends kept liveries at Grays Farm, which I think is the first one you refer to. Thanks for that!
